Microsoft 365 F1, now known as Microsoft 365 F3, is a subscription plan offered by Microsoft that is specifically designed for what they call "Firstline Workers." Firstline Workers are employees who are typically the first point of contact between a company and its customers or who work in roles that require a significant amount of time away from a traditional desk or computer. These employees often include retail staff, factory workers, field workers, and more.
Microsoft 365 F3 (formerly F1) provides these workers with tools and services to help them stay connected, collaborate, and be more productive while on the go.
